Mr. Fiorello holds a Master of Arts degree. He attended Malone University. He has experience working with school-aged children aged 6-18. He works in specialized programming as a CPST with the FIRST team, and as an ED counselor at Medina City Schools.

Ms. Gardner holds a Master of Community Counseling. She attended West Virginia University and Hood College. She is a Certified Gambling Counselor and has experience with Juvenile Drug Court.

Hays, Deborah, MSW, LSW - Intensive Home-Based Therapist
Ms. Hays holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee. With 20 years of experience in the field, she has experience with culturally diverse, at-risk children and their families, home-based counseling, SMART Recovery substance abuse groups for teens, Love and Logic parenting, marriage and family counseling, quality assurance, program management, child/adolescent psychiatric hospitalization unit. She is skilled in crisis stabilization and working with clients on parenting skills.

 
Hofelich, Barbara, LISW-S - FIRST Supervisor
Ms. Hofelich holds Masters Degrees in Social Work and Psychology. She attended Ohio State University and Cleveland State University. She has experience in the field working with ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Autistic Spectrum, PTSD, Sexual Abuse, Domestic Violence, Family and Group Therapy. The specialized programs which Ms. Hofelich works with include the FIRST Intensive Home Based Program and the Divorced and Unmarried Parent Groups and the Changing Families Group for Children.

Ms. Ignizio is a licensed LPC and holds Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling. She attended Walden University.

Mr. Jowers holds a Master of Science in Social Administration. He attended Youngstown State University and Case Western Reserve University. Mr. Jowers has experience in the field working with Alcohol, Other Drug, and Mental Health Issues, Anger Management, Marital and Couples Therapy, Gestalt Psychotherapy, and Stress Management. The specialized programs which he works with include Intensive Outpatient Treatment, Substance Abuse Counseling, and Intervention Process.

Ms. McClelland holds a BA in Social Work from the University of Akron.
 
Naso, Hannah, MSW, LSW - Outpatient Therapist
Ms. Naso holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Akron. She is a Licensed Social Worker. Ms. Naso has experience working with chemical dependency, and works in the specialized Phased Opiate Intensive Outpatient Program.
 
Papesh, Sarah, LPC - Outpatient Therapist
Ms. Papesh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ashford University and a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. She has experience in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, as well as working with individuals and groups addressing mental health and substance abuse issues. She is experienced in crisis interventions and mental health emergency support services. Ms. Papesh takes a holistic approach to therapy, and has special interest in working with Autism Spectrum Disorder, DBT, and mindfulness. She currently specializes in dual diagnosis disorders.
 
Paquet, Manon, LISW - Outpatient Therapist
Ms. Paquet holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology/Sociology and a Master in Social Work, all from the State University of New York in Buffalo. She has experience working with children and families through the Department of Social Services. She has over 10 years of experience working with the substance abuse and psychiatric population. Just prior to coming to Solutions, she spent two years working in psychiatry specializing in Co-Occurring Disorders.

 
Petty, Allison, LPC - Recidivism Prevention Specialist
Ms. Petty holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Kent State University and a Master of Arts from Ursuline College in Art Therapy and Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has worked with children, adolescents, adult, civil, and forensic populations in individual and group therapy sessions. She has training and experience in crisis intervention, motivational interviewing, LGBT issues, trauma informed therapy, alcohol, drug or gambling addiction, and other mental health concerns and related issues. Her main areas of interest are working with clients utilizing art therapy, cognitive behavioral and motivational interviewing techniques.

Ms. Schmidt holds a Master of Social Work Degree. She attended the University of Akron. Ms. Schmidt has experience working with individuals diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, veterans of United States Military service, and adults and youth compromised by the stress of mental health burden or behavioral struggles. She works in specialized programming as an Intensive Home Based Therapist.

Mr. Sheehan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Akron. He works in Medina County schools with youth on prevention and leadership.

 
Shelton, Tiffany, LISW-S, LCDC III - Juvenile Drug Court Therapist
Ms. Shelton holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Akron. She is a Licensed Social Worker and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor III with the state of Ohio. She is Certified in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy through EAGALA. Ms. Shelton has experience working with adults and teenagers with mental health and/or substance abuse issues. She also provides Drug Free Workplace training.

Mr. Skop holds a Master's degree from the University of Akron. He has experience working with children, teen and families, specializing in working with at-risk youth, and AOD use in teens and adults.

Ms. Williams holds a Bachelor's Degree from Otterbein College, and a Master's Degree in Social Work as well as a Juris Doctorate from Cleveland State University. She has specialized training in counseling domestic violence survivors, and has a certification in Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy from The Wellness Institute in Seattle, Washington.
