Phased Opiate Intensive Outpatient Program

Our Phased Opiate Intensive Outpatient Program will help adults recovery from opiate addiction. This comprehensive program is broken down into three phases. Each phase is about two months long based on individual progress of the phase.

Phase One includes group therapy four times per week, individual therapy for a minimum of once a week and family sessions once a week.

Phase Two includes group therapy two times per week, individual therapy for a minimum of once bi-weekly and family sessions once bi-weekly.

Phase Three includes group therapy once a week, individual therapy for a minimum of once every three weeks, and family sessions once a month.

Outpatient Treatment

Our outpatient treatment services are located in both the Medina and Wadsworth offices. Each service begins with a Diagnostic Assessment and Recommendations are discussed, based on the results.

Some of the treatment options may include:
  • Psychiatric Evaluations
  • Behavioral Health and Addiction Group Counseling
  • Adult Intensive Outpatient Program for alcohol and drug issues
  • Individual Behavioral Health and/or Addiction Counseling and Therapy
  • Relationship and Family counseling
  • Pharmacology Management (Medication)
  • Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment

Driver Intervention Program

Our Driver Intervention Program offers a monthly 72 hour education for court-referred adults convicted of a DUI offense. The program is held in Wadsworth and the upcoming schedule can be obtained through our office or referring courts. Highly trained staff members facilitate this program, which includes screening, education and meets the requirements for the State of Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services.

Family Intervention Response Team (FIRST)

The FIRST Program is designed to work with families whose children and adolescents are:
At risk of out-of-home placement, transitioning back home, requires intensive services to stabilize in the community.

FIRST programming is designed for families to provide a wrap around level of treatment and support that will optimize the chances for maintaining a child in his/her home environment or within the least restrictive environment as possible. Services include:

  • Intensive Home Based Counseling
  • Transitional Aged Youth Counseling
  • Outpatient Counseling
  • Psychiatric Services
  • Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment
  • Family Resource Specialists


Youth Resiliency Program

Our Youth Resiliency Program helps youth in grades 6 -12 to develop physical and psychological resilience during times of anger, grief, pain and trauma. Sessions will be in 10-15 individual and/or group therapy sessions to help youth develop a strength-based perspective of life.

Urgent Services

Solutions provides urgent services during regular business hours. County wide psychiatric emergency services are available through Alternative Paths at (330) 725-9195.
